"Thanks to Alex my son was able to improve 5 points over the course of his 10 weeks of tutoring from his first practice test to his end result on test day. Alex is very organized and provides the student everything they need to be successful in ACT prep. My son was hesitant to do ACT tutoring, but Alex made the process as painless as possible. Having Alex come to our house was the key for my very busy son. He was flexible with timing and allowed us to change our tutoring as needed to fit our schedule. I'd definitely recommend Alex."

"I was impressed with the fact that Alex was able to gear the discussion to my son's abilities. His teaching style was not "one-sized fits all" and he did a great job of going through the various sections in a way that was applicable to his strengths and weaknesses. My son is very proficient in math, but not as much in English, so Alex geared his discussion to focus on those areas that needed additional work. Honestly, I found myself listening in on the discussion thinking I wish I had these tricks when I had taken the ACT! I was very impressed."

“Personally I liked having to do full practice tests for homework. Although it's a really big time commitment, I feel like it just provides a better sense of reassuring and helps me improve as much as possible. I also found the timing strategy cheat sheets that go super in depth extremely helpful. This helped me fix a lot of timing issues (especially with math) and gave me a more concise idea on how I should divide up the questions in regards to time. I also found reviewing the basic topic cheat sheets for each section also helpful.”
